50 Tons of Trash in Polor Dam Transported

Dozens tons of wet trash from various kinds pilling up in Polor Dam, Kampung Koret, RT 08/01, Kembangan Selatan, West Jakarta, were cleaned by joint officers, Tuesday (11/17).
It's the first time trash in Polor that much and there are still many of them not being transported yet
Kembangan Sub-District Head, Slamet Riyadi stated that for now, as many as 5 tons of trash were successfully dredged by 20 Infrastructures and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers and 50 Cleanliness Worker Unit (UPK) for Water Management of Jakarta Cleanliness Department.

Kembangan Selatan Urban Village Head, Matrullah added in the transporting his side was only hampered with the road access which cannot be passed by heavy equipment.
"The narrow road cannot be passed by heavy equipment. Only 2 trucks can get in, so it must be transported back and forth, all trash then transported to Pluit, North Jakarta," he disclosed.
